Our team is comprised of seasoned individuals with a “server” attitude. Each team member has either owned a business or been in upper management. We tailor our services to meet the unique management style and challenges each company is facing. Many of our clients are growing very rapidly and have changing requirements and priorities as they grow. We work with them to make sure the benefits and our services support them as their needs change.

- Owner of Collins Benefits Solution since 2001
- 5 years as contract CFO to small and mid-sized enterprises working with owners to strengthen market base, improve financial position and develop and implement strategic plans for expansion
- 5 years as CFO of national consolidation company with broad responsibilities including initial public offering, 32 acquisitions, increasing operating margins by 50%
- 12 years Big 8 Public Accounting experience from auditing to business planning and consulting
Sherri Swanson – Service & Support
- Responsible for ongoing client administration, including membership administration and assistance, claims issues, plan inquiries, billing problems and reconciliations, regulatory compliance administration
- Collins Benefits Solutions since 2002
- Service Company business owner
- Large Oil-Gas Company in Operations, Recruiting and Human Resources Support and Communication
